As a GatherUs attendee,
I want to save the profiles I scan directly to a dedicated list within the app,
So that I can easily reference and follow up with the people I’ve met without needing to re-scan their QR codes or search for them manually.
Acceptance Criteria
To consider this feature "Done," it must meet the following requirements:
  1. Save Action
When a user views another person's profile after a scan, a prominent "Save to Contacts" (or similar icon/button) must be visible.
Once clicked, the app should provide immediate visual feedback (e.g., the button changes to "Saved" or a success toast message appears).
  1. The "My Connections" Tab
A new tab or section titled "My Connections" (or "Saved Contacts") must be accessible from the main navigation menu.
  1. List Interaction
Tapping a name in the "My Connections" list must open that person's full profile.
Users must have the ability to remove a connection from their list if they no longer wish to store it.
Additionally to the usually profile, a saved contact should have a date on when they connected, and what event they were at.
