After one moth of data we are implementing solutions to the most crucial learnings that we have had.
These updates include:
  1. ✅ People not ending up at the expected screen when checkin ing, leading to;
  2. Not getting checked in the first time the scan the QR – We have heard a lot of reports about that people are not getting their sticker after scanning the QR-code. Only after scanning QR-code again does it print.
  3. Make it clear people with existing accounts can use SSO
  4. Add sign in with Apple with SSO (Pending their review approval)
  5. ✅ Printer stability improvements
  6. ✅ Test with more browsers and patch potential issues.
  7. Update profile (including email) to allow for SSO connection moving forward.
  8. ✅ Investigate solutions for edge-cases: people without a phone, poor connections etc.
  9. ✅ Investigate why some people don't stay signed in
