Sarah If by demos you mean the demographics, we are now keeping that attached to the user object. So all that information is available. Doing it again for the speakers was a a hassle for everyone.

Andreas Stillman Can you clarify a bit what this means? If I'm setting up a speaker that is brand new, how do I add their demographics? Do I create their speaker profile, then have to go to their attendee profile to add it?

Sarah: Absolutely! So when you create a speaker, you have a field to relate the speaker to a visitor profile. Then we use all that data that they have filled in as the demographics for that speaker.

As we move forward in this update, this will be more straight forward as well.

Sarah Gotcha! Well as the speaker gets invited to fill in their information it's all attached to their email, so even if they create their account after you ahve acded them, their demographics data will be matched.
