Allow organizers to choose which registration form fields appear on the printed attendee sticker/badge — beyond the current default set. Problem: The badge print layout only shows default fields (e.g. name, ticket type). Custom registration questions — such as organization, industry, role, or dietary preference — are collected during sign-up but never surface on the printed sticker. Organizers who need this info visible at the door (for networking, access control, or catering) have no way to include it. Goal: Give organizers a simple field-mapping UI where they can select which registration form answers (including custom questions) should be printed on the badge, and optionally control layout/order. Key capabilities envisioned: Select any registration form field to include on the sticker Define order / priority of fields on the badge layout Support text fields and single/multi-choice answers Preview badge before printing

We want the give the ability on the site as well in confirmation email that people can add the events to their agenda. As a Community member and visitor I would like to quickly be able to add events and sessions to my agenda. On the site there needs to be an add to calendar link (as show on attached image) In all confirmation emails we would like there to be a calendar invite int he attachment. We want it so taht the email client can recognize this and automatically accept or decline the event. Note there should not be a visible guest list of others that are joining We want instruction about where the vent takes place, and link to event or session We want the tenant owner is the organizer. --- UPDATED Allow attendees to add events to their personal calendar directly from the event page or via confirmation email. Key details: Add-to-calendar link on the event page Calendar invite attached to confirmation email (compatible with major email clients) No guest list visible in the invite Includes event location and link back to the event Organizer shown as the tenant owner

Currently our application doesn't have any static pages, making it difficult for SEO to index and sharing on social media not looks a nice as it could. As a community leader I would like my events to be sharable We want: All pages (not the ones behind log in) to be scrapeable and not just post page load generated Semantic URLs. The feature to see past events should be available both on "My events" and in the "Discover"-section. This must include: A page for a visitors past visited events A page with past events Filter on Program and other tags

As we are reflecting on the pressure of checkin we are bringing back password less checkin. Description: As an event participant, I want to be able to scan a QR code at the check-in desk, enabling direct access to the live event page. This should bypass the need for traditional password or OTP authentication, providing a significantly faster and smoother experience, aligning with community-based trust. Constraints and Security Implementation: Crucially, access via QR code must be restricted. Users must not be able to perform sensitive actions such as changing profile settings without proper authentication. Full password or other secure authentication methods will be required for any such changes. Configuration Options: This feature should be configurable at two levels: Organization Settings: A global setting to enable or disable password-less check-in for the entire organization. Per Event: Individual events must also have the option to specifically enable or disable this functionality, overriding the global setting if needed. Not for registration and all other interaction, full authentication is required.

Filter events on the front end on things like Series, tags, name, sessions, speakers, partners and so on. Name int he comments what you would like to have as filter options.

Questions that can be added for specific events and sessions. Say for instance the addition of Food preference or other compliance questions, data sharing etc.

This is the alternative solution to our onboarding forms.
